Roland is a character on Pup Star and is the dog catcher that works at Happy Ranch. He captured Tiny and other dogs. He has been one of the main antagonists in all four movies.
Pup Star 1[]
Roland captured Tiny and Charlie, and then tried to put Charlie down. Charlie and Tiny escaped. Roland then worked with Kano and Bark to capture Tiny and Charlie, but failed to capture them again.
Pup Star 2[]
Roland creates the “Mean Team” out of Kano, Bark, and... Roland. The Mean Team hires Scrappy to replace Tiny and fail the finals. But at the end, Scrappy admits beings a fraud and the Mean Team’s mission failed.
Pup Star 3[]
Roland makes the Canine Correction facility, which is a dog jail. He also hires Julio to lip-sinc Bark’s singing, but fails at the end.
Pup Star: Christmas (Pup Star 4)[]
Roland puts Santa and Mrs. Claus in a prison and pretends to be him for money. At the end of P.S. 4, Santa shows that he didn’t get coal every Christma, and Roland takes back everything he did, and put Bark and Kano in jail.
